
Grant Forest Products Inc. is a progressive company operating three oriented strand board mills in Englehart and Timmins, ON and High Level, AB. Oriented strand board is the perfect example of an environmentally responsible engineered wood product that is made from a completely renewable resource.
Grant employs numerous people from local communities to work in all areas of operations: from the forest to the finished product. Summer work experience is provided to high school and post secondary students as well as year long work experience for co-op students.
Grant Forest Products is a great supporter of Northern Ontario communities through events such as the Frog’s Breath Charity Golf Tournament, sponsorship of many local events, teams, organizations and public service announcements. Grant also participates in forestry education programs to teach the motto “Using Our Forests Wisely” to school children and the general public.
